CARRINGTON PARK PLAYGROUND

Property manager has suggested to the board that the apartment complex is in need of a play space due to large amount of young families. The only available property for the listing of the play structure was located near a public way setback that per the planning department we could not encroach on. ETIN Design was approached to help with design and town approvals. After diligent planning and design we where able to have the planning department grant an exception for this site and the play space was constructed shortly after. It is fully ada compliant.
